What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can easily cancel or reschedule at any time by visiting the Client Portal, or by calling or texting our office at: 801-331-6775. Please be advised that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy.

 

Please note: There is a $145 late cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled therapy session. If you do not show up to your appointment, you’ll be charged a $145 “no show” fee. These fees are your responsibility and are not covered by insurance.

 

Always remember, if you can’t make it into the office for your session, just let our office staff know, and they can send a link for a Teletherapy session.
