Carrie Carter-Reall

Hello there! I’m a seasoned Marriage, Child, and Family therapist and supervisor with a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC) license in Utah and Connecticut. I’ve been helping individuals, couples, and families for over two decades. I hold two graduate degrees that have helped me develop a well-rounded perspective on life. My first master’s degree is from Brigham Young University in Education Administration, and my second is from San Diego State University. Both were excellent experiences with comprehensive curriculums.

I’m married in a blended family and have experience with divorce. I’m a mom to adult children and have loved ones who are in the LGBTQ community.  Some of my specialties include crisis counseling, couples counseling, conflict resolution, PTSD, complex trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, and addiction (which often includes the above).

My clients and staff describe me as open, honest, and personable. I have a casual yet professional style. I believe in offering encouragement and insight while occasionally challenging unproductive thinking and behaviors, especially when they’re getting in the way of you becoming the best version of yourself or interfering with reaching your goals. I’m confident that together, we can achieve connection, a sense of worth, and direction.
