Jessica Ann Olsen

Mahalo! Jessica is an open-minded, engaging and caring therapist. She embraces her people where they’re at, helping to build autonomy, shift mindsets, increase understanding of themselves and their life to achieve their personal goals. She graduated with her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Chaminade University Hawaii, May 2023, fulfilling one of her dreams of helping others to heal and grow. 

She is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor, having interned and worked in the university setting as a disability counselor. She has experience working with adolescents, military and university students and individuals with a wide variety of personal struggles and diagnoses. 

She specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, and life changes. Jessica works within many modalities but focuses her work within alternative therapies and holistic healing, bringing in Cognitive Behavioral therapies, Internal Family Systems, Solution focus, Psychodynamic therapy, and Existential therapy. 

She is currently learning other techniques such as EMDR and ART (accelerated resolution therapy). Having lived in a handful of states she loves to learn about different cultures, religions, healing forms, new ideas, and food. In her free time, Jessica plays tennis, skis, cycles, expresses her creativity through many forms of art, and above all, she loves to laugh.
